If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory, whatever the reason it is, please contact us within five(5) days upon receieving the dress. The return needs to be made within five(5) days after we confirm the return request. We reserve the rights to decline any requests after the timelimits. We will respond you asap (usually within one business day). We appreciate your business and we will be happy to provide you with the satisfied solutions.
Please read carefully with the following information before purchase:
We will confirm with buyer of the sizes/color/styles before making, once they are confirmed by buyer and the dress is started making then all sales are final. If you still want to cancel the order, then we will give you the actual cost needed of the fabrics and then refund you the remaining amount.
You do not like the merchandise that you got.
- We accept returns if you do not like the merchandise that you received. But please be understanding that we will only refund you the amount after the deduction of the processing fee.
- Since the return is not related with the quality issues, then please pay the fees required for return.
- Dresses must have not been used when return.
Dresses are faulty or shipped to you in error
- We rarely encounter faulty items - our items are inspected before listing, then again while packing for dispatch. All faulty items must be notified to us by email within five(5) days of receipt of our products. We will respond with the resolution of the case. Please keep all packaging materials if item is faulty.
All Other Returns due to the error from buyers
- Please include your reasons for return, so that we may better serve you in future.
- Whatever the reason it is, we would like to help you to sort out any issues even it's not the error of us.
Specials regarding the size issues of the dress:
- IMPORTANT: Please ensure the size is correct when submitting the size details.The standard size may not be ok for you then you may please get your own detailed size measurements by help from other ones. We will double check the size before shipment to ensure the size is correct compared with the size details that buyer provided. In some cases, dispute is due to the wrong size provided from buyer.
- If size of the dress you received does not fit yourself, please check the actual size of the dress with the size details that you provided.
- Anyway, no matter whose error is, if the size is really small or can't be used, please let us know, we will try our best to help you sort it out.
